Jon Bescher's nomination letter

I am pleased to nominate Jonathan Bescher for NAFA judge of the year. I believe that Jonathan deserves this award because he has a spectacular attitude in the ring and is loved by many competitors across the sport. Jonathan is an incredibly knowledgeable judge and more importantly an incredibly fair and fun judge. He is always willing to help, he always has a smile on his face and is always willing to step up to a tough assignment, whether that be becoming one of the first certified measuring judges for NAFA or organizing the judges at CanAm. I had the privilege to complete my last apprentice judging assignment this June with him as my supervising judge and I can't say enough about how much I learned from him and plan to form much of my future judging style around his. It is important for a judge to be fair, knowledgeable and fun and Jonathan has all of those qualities and more.
