Online Tournament Payment and Checklist

Thank you for hosting a NAFA tournament! We hope you have a great tournament!

Here’s a checklist of what to submit within 14 days of your tournament:

  1. Height measurements – enter C.9 measurements online (pro tip: take a cell phone photo of the sheet at the site so it doesn’t get lost) https://flyball.org/tourn_publicdbaccess.shtml

  2. Results – C.6 results form (fill in form available on NAFA website) scoring file information https://flyball.org/tourn_publicdbaccess.shtmlhttps://flyball.org/tourn_score.shtml. C.6 is emailed to NAFA (scoring@flyball.org).

  3. Pay NAFA tournament fees. Online payment link
    Canadian hosts can remit payment via interac to PayNafaCA@live.com

    • Two-Day event - $38 USD/team
    • Single day - $25 USD/team largest entry day, $13 USD/team each additional day
    • Events using NAFA EJS have a $360 USD minimum

Tournament fees are required to be paid electronically effective October 1, 2025.

If you fail to submit these items within 14 days of your tournament, the following penalties apply:

  • 15 days after a tournament, a late fee of $25 USD
  • 30 days after a tournament, an additional late fee of $25 USD, for a total of $50 USD
  • 60 days after a tournament, the club is put on probation for one year
  • 90 days after a tournament, the club is suspended and must request reinstatement from the Board of Directors

NAFA will review fee payments for accuracy.

Clubs placed on probation or suspension are not considered in good standing. As a reminder, a club that is not in good standing at any time during the racing year is not eligible for regional placements and regional overall club placements.
